What you’ll do

Product Managers at DocuSign are the CEOs of their product and ship features that make our customers successful. PMs work cross-functionally with customers, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, UX, Support, etc. to define product vision, gather requirements, execute on the feature and drive product launches.

The Lead Product Manager – Sign will lead the definition and rollout of DocuSign’s design systems across all of DocuSign’s products. They will evangelize user-centric design and design system adoption leading to a more consistent experience across all products. They will closely collaborate with product development teams across the organization to define partnerships that make both products and design systems successful.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management and is designated Flex.

Responsibility

  • Prioritize opportunities, define requirements, and execute cross-functionally (Engineering, Design, etc.) to take novel design systems and UI components from concept to launch
  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers, designers and other cross-functional partners
  • Build roadmaps focused on impact by synthesizing customer and partner team needs
  • Advocate for user-centered design and evangelize the design system in the organization
  • Report on progress, milestones, and risks to senior management
  • Translate product and functional requirements into developer-ready acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize and manage the feature backlog for effective release and sprint planning
  • Monitor, measure and report on key business and customer metrics. Identify areas for continuous testing and optimization

What you bring

Basic

  • 12+ years of experience and Bachelor’s degree OR 8+ years and a Master’s degree
  • Experience applying usability principles and practices, including early and rapid prototyping, and usability testing
  • Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as Mixpanel, Optimizely, and JIRA (or other SCRUM tools)

Preferred

  • Experience taking a product from concept to launch
  • Experience working on and rolling out design systems
  • Experience as a Product Designer
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-centered design, or similar
  • Experience in UX Design in a SaaS, and/or B2B or B2C commerce platform
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and ability to influence others

This position is not eligible for employment in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

This role is eligible for bonus, equity and benefits .

Based on legislation in Colorado, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado pay range: $147,800 – $208,775 base salary

Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in New York City only: New York City pay range: $157,100 – $254,100 base salary

Based on legislation in Washington state the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in Washington only: Washington pay range: $147,800 – $221,900 base salary

Based on legislation in California the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in California only: California pay range: $157,100 – $221,900 base salary
