Job Description & Requirements
Park Cook position is responsible for food production, preparation, station setup, adherence to recipes, sanitation and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Set up stations according to USH restaurant guidelines and restock all items as needed throughout shift.
- Prepare orders according to the guest preference using established recipes, portions and methods established by the Company in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean work area, including the washing of dishes, pots, pans and other kitchen items while following established safety standards and safe food handling guidelines.
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
- Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years older
- Previous Culinary School or Culinary Work experience preferred.
The pay rate for this role is $19.00
