IT Project Leader – Colorado Springs, CO – Secret Clearance Required

This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer your Secret clearance.

This highly organized and professional IT Project Leader will help IMCOM engineer, design, install and maintain technology and video surveillance services hardware, provide application library services and facilitate accreditation of services and systems for the Child Youth Services program for 320 IMCOM facilities located within the U.S. and overseas. The CYS program offers safety, technology and support services to families of deployed military personnel.

The IT Project Leader will be responsible for managing the scheduling, planning, procurement/budget tracking and implementation of DRSN installations worldwide.

In this role, you will:

  • Write Project Support Agreements (PSA), As-Built Documentation, developing Technical Solution and Proposals.
  • Review Communications-Computer Systems Requirements Documents (CSRDs), Telecommunication Service Orders (TSOs), S-Plans, WOMS, and technical solutions for accuracy of equipment.
  • Manages and coordinates technical and administrative staff by assigning, scheduling, prioritizing, coordinating, and facilitating multiple tasks.
  • Evaluates performance of subcontractors and staff in terms of actual and planned task schedules and resource requirements.
  • Reviews work for quality assurance.
  • Reviews employee schedules and time cards.
  • Participates in long-range planning, analysis, and program design.
  • Participates in the planning and design of new projects as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • US Citizenship
  • active DoD Secret clearance.
  • A High School diploma/GED.
  • 7 – 10 years of experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • Bachelors Degree is desired.
  • BICSI and DRSN experience a plus.
  • Experience in consulting directly with military customers.

In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $99,840.00 to $162,240.00; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
