Our team in Aircraft Group is looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant (20-30 hours/week) to join them. You will support the Test Equipment Engineering Group and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.
To be considered for an Administrative Assistant, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 4 years of progressive administrative experience
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
• Manage office supplies and nutrition center items and order more as needed.
• Provide assistance in tracking guests entering the building.
• Help coordinate team meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and arranging catering as needed
• Prepare and distribute departmental communications
• Serve as a backup for other area admins; cross-train in other departments as needed.

Salary Range:
• The base pay range for this opportunity is $37,627.20- 62,483.20 per year.
