The Client Services division is seeking to hire a Part-Time Clerical Associate, Level 2 to work in the Medical/Disability Administration Unit.
Responsibilities include:
• Prep cases for Medical Board and Board of Trustees meetings
• Contact members by phone to confirm and run testing zoom meetings for the upcoming scheduled appointments
• Assist the Medical Board by hosting zoom meetings with the members for the virtual interviews
• Assist in preparing and scanning applications into the system
Minimum Qual Requirements
Qualification Requirements
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State’s department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience.
Skills Requirement
Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
Preferred Skills
Must be able to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage and complete tasks within established deadlines and in an efficient manner.
Must be able to deliver excellent customer service.
