Summary
This dynamic position, earning from $71,000 to $107,000, will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and preparing analyses and reports for advertising and marketing analytics activities to help stakeholders determine campaign effectiveness, ROI and visualize performance in clear, meaningful ways. Inherently understands advertising and media buying activities and will consult and assist stakeholders in measuring campaign performance, optimization strategies, data governance and analytics engagements. Leverages and implements tools and technologies, including but not limited to a Customer Data Platform, to manage identity resolution. Ensures that all deliverables are accurate, complete and contain definitions, sources of data and actionable insights to seek opportunities for integration. Contributes to marketing thought leadership and strategic planning committees’ initiatives by identifying, implementing, analyzing and reporting on metrics that help stakeholders make key decisions, including business intelligence, campaign effectiveness and ROI.
The ideal candidate for this position will have Marketing and/or Advertisement experience. Experience in digital analysis, data science or marketing with experience working in customer data platforms and business intelligence tools preferred. This candidate should also have experience with marketing-specific data, and understand ad serving and how to run an advertising campaign.
Key Functions
Project Management & Implementation
• Partner with Marketing Associate Director in leading all components of analytics activities and planning process: identify objectives and key success metrics, define measurement approach and requirements, develop roadmap for action, manage implementation and continued data governance
• Effectively communicate, manage and align with multiple external teams and stakeholders to drive toward common goals
• Think analytically, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
• Remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet deadlines
Technology and Analysis
• Responsible for analyzing data and uncovering patterns to provide meaningful and relevant recommendations to improve customer metrics
• Leverage data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve KPIs
• Ability to pull together large quantities of data varying in type and/or source and create 360 views of a campaign or customer journey
• Ability to interpret and work with marketing attribution models
• Guide teams and make sound recommendations on marketing technology concepts and tools (DMP, CDP, Identity Resolution etc.) to enhance reporting capabilities and overcome data lost to third party cookie deprecation
• Prepare and distribute periodic and ad hoc reports
• Communicate data findings, recommendations, and other details to stakeholders in a clear, understandable way

Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or related field
Preferred: Master’s degree Data Science or in related field
Experience
Required: Five years project management experience in Marketing, Communications and Advertising.
Preferred: Experience in digital analysis, data science or marketing with minimum of two years of demonstrable experience with customer data platforms and business intelligence tools
