Job Summary

Greets visitors and directs to appropriate areas of the bank. Performs administrative activities such as routing phone calls, booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, receiving and sending mail and packages. Responds to internal and external inquiries. May provide back up for clerical projects.

  • Greet walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner and direct to the appropriate employee or department.
  • Answer multi-line phone in a professional and friendly manner and transfer calls to appropriate employee or department.
  • Assist with coordinating BNC staff meetings and events, community outreach events/programs, and volunteer efforts.
    • g. reserving conference rooms and special equipment, arranging transportation, maintaining Outlook calendars, and sending email communications.
  • Receive and sort all sources of incoming mail and route to appropriate staff. Send certified mail, address packages, and manage customer holiday mailings.
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, spreadsheets, and other clerical duties.
  • Satisfy special project requests made by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

$15 – $16 hourly

Experience

Required

  • Minimum one year experience providing a high-level of customer service.

Education

Required

  • High School Diploma (or GED) or better

Schedule

  • Part-time, 24 hrs. per week
  • Hours of operation 8:00am – 5:00pm, schedule to be discussed
