Job Description

The Partner Program Manager will serve a pivotal role by supporting Nearmap’s largest and most strategic alliances. They will be a key contributor to the company’s overall partner strategy and assist in the execution of that strategy. The Partner Program Manager will fully run all partnership initiatives with Esri and Autodesk (our largest alliances). This position will ensure that all joint initiatives are effectively managed, milestones are met, and outcomes measured and reported. There will be a heavy business development component to this potion as the Partner Program Manager will be responsible for expanding our relationship to other business units within Esri and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role will bring prior project management experience to the position and effectively coordinate internal and external stakeholder involvement and resources to all Esri related projects.

  • Serve as our partners primary Point of Contact with Nearmap
  • Identify and foster new sales opportunities within Esri and Autodesk business units
  • Contribute to Nearmap’s strategic planning, pricing, roadmap backlog review, marketing, and other enterprise-wide activities with Esri
  • Manage all joint initiatives with Esri and ensure timelines and deliverables are effectively met
  • Assist internal groups (sales, customer success) in navigating Esri related customer issues and serve as escalation point for support and integration issues
  • Direct support of Esri partnership through occasional travel, conference attendance, and sales/marketing events
  • Manage all partner account related activities such as drafting business plans, allocating partner licenses and access, and ensuring Nearmap teams have adequate partnership access

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the GIS/Geospatial industry
  • Undergraduate degree in Geography, STEM, or Business Administration
  • MS Office and Salesforce CRM Experience
  • Direct experience in one or more of the following areas: channel/partner management, project management, product management, sales, and/or customer success
  • Experience balancing initiatives across numerous internal and external stakeholder groups simultaneously
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Scrum Master a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized and resourceful
  • Public Speaking and Presentation skills
  • Direct experience in enterprise implementations, change management, and/or stakeholder management

In accordance with multi-state Pay Transparency Laws, the expected base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation, commission or benefits.
