Responsibilities
- Outreach and engagement within a functional area.
- Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.
- Facilitate communication requirements across an entire agency.
- Develop and implement communication plans. Provide recommendations on communication approaches for clients.
- Ability to provide additional support or backfill manning gaps for advisement efforts with Federal, Private, Foreign and Academic programs, as needed.
- Uses the DEIA Maturity Framework and Constituent Relationship Management Tool to facilitate identification, categorization, documentation, collaboration, and reporting of current and future Partners.
- Acts as a technical liason with partners
- Coordinates OPSEC and Insider Threat partnership actvities, including assessments, briefings, trainings and evaluations.
- Uses NarQuest to receive, process, and monitor requests for specific services
Qualifications
- Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph
- BS+3 or 9 years without degree
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Previous partnership engagement, Outreach, Insider threat, or OPSEC experience desired.
- Experience with working in the Intelligence Community desired.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 – $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
