About The Role:
TodayTix Group is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to join our NY Partnerships team. The ideal candidate is a passionate theater industry professional, and in this role you will support the partnerships team in its daily operations of managing relationships with theatrical productions and arts organizations.
Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, the Partnerships Coordinator will support partnership efforts across New York, leading mutually beneficial collaborations for each organization.

Please note: This is a full time position and qualified candidates must be based in the New York City area, as this is a hybrid position (working both from home and in the office). Expected time in the office is 3 – 4 days a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Support partnerships team in their management of an evolving number of partnerships in Theatre and Arts and Entertainment (including commercial Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, landmark institutions, and non-profit companies)
- Communicate with TodayTix partner organizations (theaters, producers, general managers, ad agencies, etc.) regarding new show listings, ticket on-sales, and promotional support on TodayTix Group channels
- Assist partnerships team with external partner data requests (i.e. sales reports, supply updates)
- Coordinate internal ticket offers for staff & ticket requests for company use
- Identify potential partnerships activations
- Assist with the onboarding of new partners and detail coordination to get new listings active on our sites
- Manage partner records and contract filing
- Collaborate on new show set-ups, access program initiations, financial reconciliations, and inventory management issues
- Share relevant production updates and assets with Campaign Marketing team and manage show entries for campaigns
- Complete other duties as assigned to cultivate growth and results across the greater New York area
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- 2+ years of relevant theater industry experience or background in Partnerships (theater administration, arts management, sales, partnerships or marketing)
- Familiarity with NY theater landscape, including both non-profits and commercial
- Previous experience in client servicing or partner success is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally
- Experience with Powerpoint, Excel, Google Drive, Slack, and Monday.com
- Skills in effective multitasking, with the ability to think proactively about contributing to the team’s success
- Passion and knowledge about all things theater and performing arts
- An ability to act swiftly, “roll up their sleeves”, and collaborate with multiple departments to directly support execution of important projects
- A natural relationship builder, with a skill for finding common ground and creative solutions
$60,000 – $70,000 a year
Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.
We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
