Job Description
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand the organization’s reach. This role focuses on enriching product experiences, boosting user involvement, propelling user and revenue expansion, broadening the distribution of our offerings, and elevating our brand’s visibility. The Partnerships Manager will report to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, including Service/Solution Providers (agencies, website developers, etc.) and Technology Partners (CMS, CDNs, DAM’s, etc.), and Marketplace partners
- Develop a profound comprehension of the partner’s business and objectives, and formulate strategies to synchronize their goals with the organization’s aims.
- Propose and negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners by acting as the primary point of contact for partners and manage day-to-day interactions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to identify product gaps that can be addressed with partner initiatives.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of partnerships.
- Regularly assess and report on the performance of partnerships to relevant stakeholders.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improving and optimizing partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions and conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Manage the budget allocated to partnership initiatives.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment for partnership activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, and/or strategic partner management roles preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven expertise in crafting, negotiating, and overseeing intricate and pioneering agreements with major partners.
- Experience working independently and leading initiatives from concept to completion.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and partner needs.
- Capacity for decisions grounded in analytics and data.
- Adeptness at collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
- Skilled in utilizing pertinent software and tools.
- Robust skills in organization and project oversight.
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings with partners, as necessary.

The targeted base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000. In addition to base pay, the on-target earnings also consist of a bonus component, providing additional potential for earnings beyond the base salary. Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
