The PASS-PSB Clinical Supervisor leads and supports a team of treatment providers that advocate for all youth served in the program, consistently working to uphold the dignity of the youth by advocating for compassionate, fair and just treatment.

Serving youth from ages 12 to 18 and their families in a holistic approach. PASS-PSB (Practicing Alternatives and Safe Solutions to Problematic Sexual Behavior) staff work to complete risk and diagnostic assessments as well as conduct office based therapy and treatment for youth and their families who are adjudicated of sexual based offenses. Training to provide CSAY-C certification will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Screen referrals upon admission, assigning cases and assuring all initial documentation completed in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of training plans for treatment and service team members.
  • Provide direct supervision and clinical consultation and feedback to the treatment team
  • Provide consultation and advocacy on behalf of clients with schools, community agencies, and other providers.
  • Periodically serve as the on-call supervisor, providing supervisory support to staff responding to after hours emergencies and crises
  • May be required to occasionally carry a caseload of clients based on program needs.
  • Provide weekly group and/or individual supervision.
  • Review all new clients with assigned staff to identify immediate treatment needs and/or safety concerns.
  • Review and cosign Individual Service/Treatment Plans and Diagnostic Assessments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution; required.
  • LISW-S or LPCC-S; required
  • 3 years’ experience in the field of Human Services with experience in Supervision.
  • Experience in providing individual and family therapy.
  • Experience working in direct service with youth and families.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to motive and inspire staff.
  • Proficient computer and technology skills.

Driving and Vehicle Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Good driving record
  • Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
