This position is responsible for managing Texas Health Action’s internal and external patient assistance programs. This includes creating and implementing strategies, program evaluation, and utilizing data to ensure compliance with the various assistance programs. You will also collaborate with various departments to foster communication and cooperation. We are looking for a candidate with strong data analytic skills combined with keen sense of detail to manage this program. This position will primarily work from home but must be willing to work from the office as required.

Based on job duties and requirements, this position is placed in salary band 42 with a pay range of $53,000 to $58,000. Initial placement within this range will be based on hired candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Requirements
Education and/or Licensure – High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred, and work experience can substitute for the education preference.
Experience – Demonstrated understanding of patient needs in safety-net facilities, population health and special population care. Must be compassionate and extremely knowledgeable about the healthcare process. Efficiency in monitoring patient activities related to patient assistance, program eligibility, medication adherence and compliance.
Microsoft Office Skills with an ability to become familiar with company or position-specific programs or software. At least 3 years of healthcare experience, including at least 3 years of data maintenance and manipulation; and extraction, leadership, and oversight.
Additional Requirements – Ability and means to travel as needed in a timely manner within the counties of Travis, Bexar {etc.}, to locations that may have limited access to public transportation. Proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required.
