- Perform a high level of customer service to our patients
- Performing patient check-in and out, answering phones, and other duties as assigned
- Providing information about services
- Coordinating care with other services
- Insurance referrals
- Processing patient paperwork as required
- Completing patient registration by obtaining consent for medical care and financial agreements
- Obtaining and verifying demographic and financial information through the pre-registration process
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of G-Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
