HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Coordinator to assist our North County Pediatric Outpatient Clinic!
We are a growing and thriving outpatient pediatric clinic providing services for children with special needs in our clinic and through our early intervention programs in the field.

- Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego, CA
- Full time M-F 9 am – 5:30 pm opportunity available
- Competitive Pay $20-24/hr DOE Full benefits provided for full time position (see below)
Our San Diego clinic, KIDS Therapy Associates is a multi-specialty, child and family-centered practice providing services that include OT, PT, and ST. Because no two children are the same, our pediatric specialists work with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop programs that target each child’s needs. Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and book therapy appointments
- Scheduling: Change appointments for patients and communicate changes to therapists and Monitor Excel Scheduling Clipboard for updates
- Provide follow up with Referral and Intake processes
- Maintaining consistent communication with patients and employees
- Screening phone calls and transferring to appropriate department
- Files, copies, and performs other related clerical and administrative duties and other various tasks as assigned
- Assists in general office clean up and maintenance
- Maintains the strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling in a medical practice
- Knowledge of authorization/billing process
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter/ Able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
