HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
As a Data Quality Analyst,
- Primary responsibility is to ensure that the clients (operational) patient experience meets organizational standards of quality.
- Thoroughly assess operational processes and determine where there are gaps in the patient experience and how to best fill in these gaps.
- Identify and address training needs for key representatives involved in CRM activities.
- Work closely with vendors and other relevant analytical teams to build and maintain data error reports to ensure accurate and efficient identification of data errors.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, knowledge of Data Quality principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Patient Support experience
- Conduct program Operational Health reviews and monitor call quality analytics to assess patient experience and adherence with established quality standards
- Address lapses in quality in program operations by editing training materials, work instructions and/or retraining necessary team members
- Ensure adherence with compliance standards through consistent and periodic case reviews and monitoring Training:
- Identify training needs for key users for new and existing Patient Services products / programs, including RBMs, vendors, and HUB personnel.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure understanding of program and experience objectives, and data quality requirements.
- Collaborate with PSS Innovations to maintain and update training materials
- Assess the need for and conduct retraining for various business stakeholders\
- Ensure that vendors receive accurate and timely data quality / data error report; collaborate with vendors to identify the data fields that need to be checked for automated data quality reporting.
- Work with vendors to establish effective processes for data validation, error identification, and resolution.
- Develop and implement retroactive data error reports to identify past data discrepancies and errors and work to mitigate future data errors by proactively identifying potentially inefficient CRM processes
- Analyze the root causes of data errors and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements based on the findings from retroactive data error reports.
- Monitor the impact of enhancements on data quality and assess their effectiveness.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing data quality processes and systems.
- Establish and maintain data quality standards, guidelines, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to data quality.
