As an Administrative Assistant and Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play an important role in making it all possible. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Approve invoices/payables for the daily processing
- Work with Vendors and Community Managers relating to invoices/bills
- Review and enter check requests, and any reimbursements
- Review and post batches
- Research charges
- Provide the accounting staff with all necessary backup documentation
- Office Administration functions as needed
Requirements:
- 2 or 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of related industry experience in property management preferred.
- Must be familiar with standard accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
- Familiarity with Yardi property management software is preferred.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, and a high rate of accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Lives near La Jolla, CA
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment
