Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain chargeback documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Chart progress and publish reporting regarding chargeback metrics & KPI’s
- Support management by attempting root cause analysis for chargeback issues and causes
- Provide necessary documentation, details, and evidence in a timely manner to ensure all recoverable chargebacks are addressed
- Develop chargeback policies and processes to minimize disputes
- Lead external communication with issuing partners to ensure all industry regulations are delivered in chargeback responses
- Collaborate with other team members to standardize internal dispute responses and share best practices
- Investigate individual transactions using internal policies and review methodologies to determine if the transactions are fraudulent or not
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve our fraud prevention mechanisms, processes, and tools
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analyst role
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Python
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Adept at queries, report creation, data visualization, and presenting findings
- Knowledge of chargeback regulations and industry standards is a plus
Salary Range
Compensation: $57,400.00/Year – $82,000.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role’s location and is subject to change based on work location.
