Overview
The role of the PBNA Field IT Division Manager is accountable for PBNA Site Operations. The IT Operations Team supports the PBNA North America Sector with a total revenue of $25B, and operates in 2 countries with 55M End Users. This role is responsible for providing proactive insight and making strategic recommendations for site service improvement plans, supporting location incidents, and providing business engagement and communications. This role will also partner closely with leadership on defining strategic recommendations and roadmaps in line with business strategies and partner closely with managed services teams.
Responsibilities
- Provides sector leadership and partnership for backline technical teams tasked to support site network services at 500+ sites.
- Provide timely business communications to field leadership teams for site escalations and proactive notifications.
- Manage sector recovery governance by partnering with managed services teams.
- Field Business engagement for Division communication; site initiatives/project deployments, new digital capabilities, support to location end users
- Monitor and analyze statistical data to develop improvement plans for improved end-user performance.
- Partner with end users and backline teams to drive standards for optimal network performance.
- Provide overall governance to other IT Teams, Compute and Network Operations Teams (making decisions & providing consultation)
- Partner closely with cross-functional IT operations leadership team across sectors.
- Considerable knowledge of network-based systems operations and maintenance, including a solid understanding of protocols and tools necessary for effective resolution of maintenance requests and tracking operational processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing complex priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage a variety of multiple concurrent projects/issues simultaneously.
- Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
- Ability to manage numerous projects and activities simultaneously, ensuring the correct priorities are assigned and initiatives are completed within resource constraints.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Management
- 5+ years of technology and IT experience
- Basic understanding of Network and Compute Infrastructure
- Experience working in a multicultural, virtual team, across multiple geographical regions.
- Ability to coordinate and direct activities across multiple teams.
- Excellence in execution through proper prioritization of projects and initiatives
- Excellent customer focus and engagement skills.
- Strong project management skills and experience in coordinating multiple, simultaneous complex tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of technical/business environment and problem-determination strategies.
- Develops and maintains standard operating procedure manuals and processes used by the team.
Overview (Secondary Language)
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 – $130,000 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location-confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting the actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
