Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Pega BPM Developers with 7+years’ experience for a project ramp up.
Job Description and Qualifications include: (This is a hands-on development role)
Ø Experience
o 7 to 8 yrs.
Ø Required:
o Skill Family: PEGA BPM
o Additional skill: Pega UI Development
o PEGA Upgrade PRPC Pega BPM Customization.
o Maintain and manage the scope of requirements for the Pega application/platform.
o Lead the business teams & development teams in gathering requirements and implementing requirements leveraging the Pega system software.
o Ensure documented use cases represent business needs & requirements.
o Apply design principles of Decision strategies Next-Best-Action and Predictive Analytics.
Ø Education and Additional Skills
o Computer Science Degree or equivalent college education
o Should have experience with working in large development projects.
o Should have the ability coordinate across multiple teams.
o Be nimble in handling and delivering fast moving projects with very minimal supervision.
o Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
The annual salary for this position is between [$83,000 – $117,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
