5W Public Relations is looking to add a dynamic professional to join our growing People and Talent Acquisition team.
Day-to-day tasks include critical support work, such as processing new hires, answering employee inquiries, all while providing excellent customer service to our employees and leaders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support teammates on assorted people-related projects. This position reports directly into the Director of People Operations and Vice President of Talent Acquisition.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Recruiting:
- Support recruitment team by scheduling candidate phone screens and interviews through our ATS system, Lever.
- Create a seamless experience for our candidates and hiring managers
- Liaise with business to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines in a web-based applicant tracking system, Lever
- Work with talent team to post position ads to various websites
- Assist with pre and post-employment requirements
- Additional projects as needed
- People Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee filing systems and ensure changes are entered appropriately in HRIS system, ADP
- Provide timely and accurate administrative assistance to the team when necessary
- Continue to develop and expand the onboarding and offboarding process and experience
- Provide periodic information throughout the year to employees on relevant updates
- Support the People Operations team on ongoing projects
- Onboarding – send out all Freelance/Full time new hire communications, collect and track HR forms, verify employment status, administer new hire survey, conduct new hire orientation (eventually).
- Off-boarding – send term alerts, generate necessary paperwork, calculate PTO accrual and payout, update HRIS and internal documents/applications
- HR Recurring Processes – Provide support to HR team on Performance Reviews, employment verifications (including I-9s), Interns/mentorship programs, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and more as necessary
Here’s what you have:
- Prior internship or full-time experience working in a professional environment.
- Experience in a recruiting or HR capacity is preferred
- Prior experience working with Lever, ADP or other HRIS/ATS systems a plus
- Prior experience with Concur for expenses is nice to have
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and manage sensitive, confidential information
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Proficient PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, etc…),
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented and attention to detail A MUST!

$45,000 – $50,000 a year
