Responsibilities

PM SAI falls under Program Executive Office – Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S). PM SAI is headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) with product line support offices located at APG, MD. PM SAI is responsible for development, production, modernization, fielding, and sustainment of integrated manned and unmanned aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) sensor payloads that leverage National and other Services’ capabilities. PM SAI also provides product solutions to support warfighting Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of Intelligence products.

The AEROS ILS Specialist will be located at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

What you’ll do:

The ILS Specialist will be responsbile for the following but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the external / outward facing successes of the program while being synchronized and in direct communication with the Assistant Product Manager and/or System Acquisition Manager.
  • Coordinates efforts with Product Support Manager(s).
  • Ensures all aspects of program integration are achievable and achieved, to include but not limited to stakeholder operational awareness and understanding of program status, issues with fielded systems are addressed, and external stakeholder feedback is managed.
  • Provides operational status to leadership and stakeholders to enable informed decision making to include risks, mitigation strategies, impacts and issues.
  • Helps create and foster a positive office atmosphere and work closely with the programmatic and functional leads to ensure programmatic success.
  • Set schedule M-F, 8 hours.
  • Hybrid schedule with option of RDO.

Qualifications

Must be able to work independently.

Must be detail oriented and organized.

Must be able to work on many different projects at one time.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

A minimum six (6) years’ related experience is required.

Two plus years’ program management experience with unmanned sensor experience is required.

Secret clearance required.

BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5

Range for Posting

Salary Minimum: $57,500
Salary Mid: $115,000
Salary Maximum: $143,800
