Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union is a not-for-profit, Member-owned, and locally operated financial institution serving the financial needs of its communities of Membership. We have 25 locations throughout East Tennessee and we serve more than 264,000 Members. The Credit Union helps Members grow financially by offering a variety of accounts including: checking, savings and investments. Also offered are competitive loan rates on new and used autos and recreational vehicles, mortgages, personal loans and credit cards.
Pay: Starting Range is $19.50-21.50 per hour, depending on work experience
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with branch and department managers to capture high-quality portraits of every Credit Union employee in studio or on location.
- Schedule photoshoot days for each branch and department.
- Schedule makeup days for each branch and department.
- Schedule photoshoot day for official family portraits.
Use different techniques to enhance each photograph.
- ISO
- Aperture
- Shutter
- Lighting
Work closely with employees to provide posing and direction for composition.
Cull photos and select the best for final production.
- Archive final photograph in Credit Union photo database.
Apply standard post-capture adjustments to images and provide final images in the required specifications.

Operate various photographic equipment.

Identify efficient workflow for completing project.
Track project status and provide updates to Marketing leadership.
Attend, volunteer and/or staff community events as needed and as workload allows.
Support and participate in Credit Union-wide special events and other Credit Union programs/events as assigned.
Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations.
Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance, behavior and performance).
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work cooperatively with others.
All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience – High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in photography or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and previous experience as a photographer.
Qualifications and Requirements – Individual must possess the knowledge skills and ability required to execute the essential functions in a satisfactory manner.
Language – Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, and policies and procedures. Ability to write correspondence and use proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, Members and the general public.
Mathematical – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Reasoning – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer – Proficient in computer applications, including but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Certificates and Licenses – Valid driver’s license required.
