Description
We are looking for Ping Directory Admin an immediate need. This is a client-facing role the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.
- Proficiency with PingID products like PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
- Understanding of various authentication and authorization protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud services.
- Knowledge of Identity Management and Access Governance concepts, as well as user identity administration and lifecycle management. .
- Experience with configuring and administering multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions, such as PingID.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM systems, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with identifying and mitigating risks related to IAM systems and processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business owners, developers, and IT support teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to document and communicate technical concepts.
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to plan, track, and execute IAM-related projects.
- A strong desire and ability to continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest IAM technologies, security threats, and regulatory requirements. Overall, an IAM specialist proficient with PingID products needs to be a well-rounded individual with strong technical, communication, problem-solving, project management, and learning skills.
Qualifications
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
