A top Pharmaceutical Manufacturing client is looking for a Plant Engineer sitting onsite at their Andover, MA location. This role will be working on the Plant Maintenance& Engineering team supporting daily operations& equipment maintenance as well as site& equipment upgrade projects for plant utilities systems including HVAC systems, Chillers, Chilled Water Systems, Plant Steam, Chilled Process Glycol Systems, Fume Hoods, Biosafety cabinets, Fire Protection, Building Automation etc.
This person will be working to provide engineering oversight for project execution plans and provide technical support for equipment installation, modification and replacement and leveraging site change controls& change management procedures to ensure all work is performed in accordance with SOP’s& GMP and Quality regulations.
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience with hands on Maintenance of Utilities Equipment within a GMP environment (pharmaceutical highly preferred) and experience in a Project Engineering role working on Utilities upgrades, retrofits, audits etc.
Required Skills & Experience
– 3+ Years of Experience with HVAC& Utilities Maintenance within a Regulated Environment (level of experience depends on education)
– Project Management/ Engineering Experience
– Experience Writing Change Controls& GMP Documentation
– Experience working in a GMP environment
– Minimum High School Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
– Experience with HVAC/Utilities Design Projects for a Pharmaceutical Company
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
