Albertsons Safeway is working to become the favorite food and drug retailer in every market it serves. The Milk Plant in, Bellevue, WA, has an opening for a Plant Office Coordinator.
The hourly range is $20.14 to $30.24. Starting rate will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Handle all payroll related functions of the plant. This includes the following: processing payroll, taxation forms, and benefits, maintaining employee data, handling payroll questions, and completing any other tasks necessary for monitoring and overseeing all payroll processes.
* Respond to and direct incoming phone calls to meet the customers’ needs.
* Input and process information into accounting system (M3-Lawson).
* Research vendor/invoice discrepancies.
* Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
* Prioritize and organize work to meet daily deadlines.
* Assist with general office duties (telephones, visitors, etc.)
* Assist with coverage of other clerk responsibilities as needed during vacations holidays.
* Compile and post reports for management.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or G.E.D. with some college preferred.
* 1-2 years vendor and customer relations experience.
* Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Systems with emphasis in Excel.
* Strong aptitude with numbers.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Good analytical and problem solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, oral and written.
* Detail oriented with ability to work as a team player and prioritize workload to complete tasks on time.
* Must possess a high degree of integrity and maintain confidentiality.
