Your Responsibilities
• Blends strategic and tactical delivery leadership
• Collaborates with the cross-functional organizations to provide the best technical solutions as part of the Digital portfolio of work
• Can easily represent various project roles leveraging technical proficiencies and domain expertise to discuss complex technical requirements, prioritization, trade-offs, and risk exposure runbooks
• Understands the role of Product and the work product, reviews and the importance of design heuristics involved in program delivery.
• Develops program scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and drive projects end-to-end
• Manages the digital initiatives where technical requirements and work is required including migrations, deprecations, tech stack simplification acting as the main internal/external point of contact.
• Coordinates the technical design diligence process for large programs, track technical dependencies, scheduling reviews and pre-reviews, engaging the right stakeholders across various organizations
• Drive org-wide and company-wide technical initiatives as we evolve our technical stack to scale for the next decade
• Provides feedback for future roadmap programs aligned to outcomes, OKRs and the company.

Your Experience
• Experience working in cloud & product-driven companies managing large strategic programs focused on digital engagement, digital transformation and the technology solutions involved in a digital ecosystem.
• Understands design-driven user journeys and signals and how the back-end systems power the data, machine learning models and SEO for continuously improving personalized digital engagement tied to Revenue, Growth, Cost and NPS (Net Promoter Score)
• Excellent written and oral technical and business communication and people skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to C-level executives.
• Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a track record of taking ownership, and influencing results.
• Platform technology experience: SFDC Sales & Services CRM, externally facing mobile-first websites, Martech stack, Search, CMS (Sitecore), Contact Center solutions and machine learning & experimentation approaches.
• DevSecOps and “Security as Code” mindset is a plus.
• Tools experience required including Jira, Confluence and project & portfolio management software such as Smartsheet or MS Project
• BA/BS degree, 10 years technical project management/product owner experience or relevant experience.
