Your Responsibilities
• Blends strategic and tactical software delivery leadership.
• Collaborates with the cross-functional organizations to provide the best technical solutions to support the Partner Experience and Lifecycle as part of the Digital portfolio of work.
• In partnership with the Partners & Channels Business Architects, you understand the needs of our channel business partners (internal and external) to develop program scope, cost and timelines while meeting the business goals and on-going business value realization.
• Partnering with the IT technical lead, manages the technical design diligence process for large programs, track technical dependencies, scheduling reviews and pre-reviews, engaging the right stakeholders across various organizations.
• Can easily fulfill various project roles leveraging technical proficiencies and domain expertise to understand the business objectives and discuss complex technical requirements, prioritization, trade-offs to meet business needs against the company roadmap.
• Specifically, this role will serve as a scrum master, business analyst, solution architect, defining test scenarios for system and integration testing along with partnering with the business architects on robust user acceptance testing.
• Understands the role of a Product Organization and the PLM work products, reviews and the importance of design heuristics involved in program delivery.
• Manages the Partner portfolio of work where technical requirements and work is required including migrations, deprecations, tech stack simplification acting as the main internal/external point of contact for vendors.
• Drive org-wide and company-wide technical initiatives as we evolve our technical stack to scale for the next decade.
• Provides feedback for future roadmap programs aligned to outcomes, OKRs and the company.
Your Experience
• Experience working in cloud & product-driven companies managing large strategic programs focused on digital partner engagement & enablement, digital transformation and the technology solutions involved in a digital ecosystem supporting the Partner lifecycle.
• Understands design-driven user journeys and signals and how the back-end systems power the data, machine learning models and SEO for continuously improving personalized digital engagement tied to Revenue, Growth, Cost and NPS (Net Promoter Score)
• Excellent written and oral technical and business communication and people skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to C-level executives.
• Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a track record of taking ownership, and influencing results.
• Platform technology experience: SFDC Partner Experience Platform, other Partner Portal solutions, API’s, Martech stack, CMS (Sitecore), LMS, Credly or other digital badging solutions.
• Tools experience required including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and project & portfolio management software such as Smartsheet or MS Project.
• BA/BS degree, 10 years technical project management/product owner experience or relevant experience.
