Responsibilities
Peraton is looking for a PMO Operations Manager to become part of Peraton’s Department of State (DoS) Diplomatic Security Cyber Mission (DSCM) program providing leading cyber and technology security experience to enable innovative, effective and secure business processes.
Peraton’s DSCM program encompasses technical, engineering, data analytics, cyber security, management, operational, logistical and administrative support to aid and advise DoS Cyber & Technology Security (CTS) Directorate. This includes protecting a global cyber infrastructure comprising networks, systems, information, and mobile devices all while identifying and responding to cyber risks and threats. Those supporting Peraton’s DSCM program strive to leverage their expert knowledge and propose creative solutions to real-world cybersecurity challenges.
What you will do:
- Manage and oversee the operations of the Program Management Office to include staffing and talent acquisition, personnel onboarding & offboarding, subcontracts administration, program financial analysis, and contract deliverables. Able to supervise, manage, support and evaluate personnel.
- Responsible for assisting in the leadership, direction, and integration of a multidisciplinary staff that includes all Peraton and subcontractor staff.
- Responsible for accountability for all contract deliverables. Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and other technical documentation. Develops and maintains appropriate document repositories for filing and maintaining PMO documents, program briefings, and SOPs.
- Responsible for the oversight of shared services activities and staff within the PMO, to include technical writing, asset management, procurement, and strategic communications.
- Performs a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager.
- May serve as the primary or assistant technical and management interface for the company, customer, and senior staff. Builds a relationship with the customer contracting staff, office leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient and streamlined processes and communications are followed to better support the client and contract team.
- Oversees, manages, and tracks all incoming tasks and actions related to both the DSCM CTS office and Peraton.
- Lead program proposal and basis of estimate (BOE) support for evolving business development efforts. Provide support for new business development by assisting with major proposals.
- Advises the program leadership and task managers on program and project execution and supporting tasks to ensure adherence to company and program governance.
- Develops and manages the Program Staffing Plan to provide qualified and appropriately cleared personnel and other resources necessary to support CTS and its functions.
- Assist PM to report on special tasks or assignments at a frequency determined by the customer.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications– To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10-12, a Master’s Degree and 8-10 or a High School Diploma and 16 years of experience.
- Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain an interim Secret security clearance before start date and to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- Requires a PMP certification.
- Experience in performing PMO roles on large and complex global programs.
- Experience of overseeing deliverables from initiation through client acceptance.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Target Salary Range
$135,000 – $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
