Employee Housing is looking for a high-energy, detailed and team oriented individual to help round out our amazing team. Housekeepers work to ensure Employee Housing apartments and properties throughout Summit County and the Keystone Resort are clean and orderly for all who employees who live with us.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work at any employee Housing property throughout Summit County and the Keystone Resort in order to assist with necessary housekeeping needs.
- Cleaning apartment windows, doors, walls, carpets, floors and kitchens.
- Washes shower walls and tubs, cleans toilets, and cleans mirrors, sinks and walls in order to maintain sanitary, tidy apartments.
- Conducts daily walks of assigned buildings to ensure property is free of trash and high touch points are sanitized.
- Participates in all necessary training.
- Reports any damages, abuse or non-working equipment to supervisor.
- Clean units in accordance with the property’s quality standards.
- Adheres to time constraints and work as a member of a cohesive team.
- Works well with others and provides excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
- Performs additional tasks or projects as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Requires a minimum of 1 year in a similar position
- Valid Colorado driver’s license
- Basic email, web browser, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in all environments (indoor/outdoor) and weather conditions
The expected pay range is $20 – $22. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
