Position Overview

Wage: $24.27-$30.27/hr DOE w/ potential for overtime

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):
- Ensure necessary supply of materials for crusher plant is available.
- Travel to and from various locations in Central Washington Area. Able to work out of town.
- There may be the potential for overnight travel at times.
- Load crusher or trucks with proper materials.
- Fuel, oil, grease and check other necessary loader parts to ensure proper function of equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of crusher plant premises.
- Perform general maintenance and repair on equipment as assigned.
- Assist crew, including shoveling and clean-up.
- Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- Regular and timely attendance.
- Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam and pre-employment controlled substance testing.
- Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance, attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
- Demonstrates the willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed.
- Demonstrates the willingness to learn and work a variety of job tasks.
- Demonstrates the ability to conform to and maintain MSHA, OSHA, DOT and all other company or state rules and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years’ experience in construction or related field preferred.
- Welding skills preferred.
- Equipment operation experience preferred.
