The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for a talented, experienced Portfolio Analyst. In this role, you will be a key member of the Portfolio & Asset Management team, and report directly to the Sr. Portfolio manager.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills that can work independently. Candidate should possess a high level of competence in performing a full range of portfolio management responsibilities in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Key job responsibilities
• Administer pipeline management, tracking, and reporting of owned and leased property
• Develop and maintain acquisition pipeline
• collection and organization of relevant documentation for due diligence on new properties
• Support the preparation of monthly portfolio metric reporting
• Support special projects
• Facilitate utility account set up with internal teams
• Update and Manage lease administration system for Owned Properties
• Work with cross-functional partners to establish best practices and procedures
• Maintenance and validation of Portfolio Tracking mechanisms

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum three years of demonstrated experience in portfolio/asset management or property management
• Experience in office, industrial, commercial, and/or data center real estate
• Experience managing internal stakeholder relationships and working successfully across organizations to deliver results requiring collaboration and coordination with multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently, deal with large volume, and prioritize effectively in a complex, ambiguous and fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• BS/BA degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related experience
• Experience with large, global real estate portfolios
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Tango and/or Oracle

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
