We are seeking a Portfolio Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions organization in Englewood, CO. This position will provide dedicated support to the Data Services Portfolio and will take direction from the Data Services Program Manager/Portfolio Deputy. The position will report to the Digital Operations Office and will be expected to work closely with product management, software development, and navigation data management.
The Data Services Portfolio Coordinator provides centralized decision support for a set of current and proposed projects/programs that are grouped together to meet strategic business objectives. Facilitates prioritization of investments into the mainstream program execution workflow by grooming project, product and epic backlogs. Works collaboratively with portfolio leadership, product management, software development and operational partners to help define, govern and control portfolio investment.
Provides decision support to product portfolio leadership by performing analysis and reporting project performance, dependencies, risks, and opportunities. Establishes partnerships with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure results are achieved. Ensures transparent and professional communication of portfolio execution status on a regular basis. Performs business intelligence analysis on a myriad of data from multiple data sources and utilizes that data in metrics and key performance indicators which enable leadership to make decisions on investments, work priority, and timing.
Position Responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Organizing data points, communicating between upper management and the software development department. Transforming data into insight that can help to improve program execution
- Capture key performance indicators; analyze the metrics and provide updates to leadership
- Coordinate project submissions into portfolio tracking; facilitating ranking of projects
- Financial tracking, analysis, interpretation and reporting of project portfolio data, including creating visualizations and building monthly dashboards in excel and/or tableau
- Manages an internal SharePoint site for the portfolio which provides visibility to stakeholders and ensures a single source of information to support the portfolio overall
- Aids in development of data supporting the business case, risk analysis, and return on investment in support of the organization’s business, goals and objectives
- Facilitates effective structure with appropriate use of process methods and tools. Provides support to teams to work within, integrate with, or improve existing process architecture
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite 2 days a week at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 3 or more years’ experience years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Project/Program/Portfolio management, and/or Business Intelligence analysis, and/or Financial analysis/estimating.
- 3 or more years’ experience in general business management (scope, schedule, risks, communication, coordination, execution, and control).
- 3 or more years’ experience learning new software or technology.
- 3 or more years’ experience in management of a SharePoint site and its contents (List, Library, Web Parts, etc.).
- 4 or more years’ experience with MS Excel specifically in use of moderately complex functions.

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years’ related work experience, 9 years’ related work experience, etc.

Summary pay range: $94,350.00-$127,650.00
