Electrical Services Portfolio Managers develop the Digital Services Portfolio by leveraging the full power of all Siemens Business units by acting as the single point of contact and support for portfolio development with our business units and in concert with others. This is a remote position with a strong preference for the person to be based in Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, or Chicago.
As a Portfolio Manager in Electrical Services, you will:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of power distribution monitoring and control products, services, and industry trends
- Develop a geographic and vertical market approach plan that focuses on strategic growth
- Develop “go to market” strategies to drive business to the standard and complex electrical channel and the end-user customer
- Collaborate with operations and internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- Develop and execute trainings to support portfolio roll-out and delivery of first pilots/early-stage projects
- Evaluate market trends and competitive offerings, collaborate with business development & sales team to structure the customer’s metrics and translate into innovative solution and service model
- Aid in internal efforts to implement our digitalization offering into our building automation platform and digital communities within Siemens
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in power metering and monitoring solutions
- 5+ years of experience in digital and remote monitoring solutions
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
- Ability to travel 20 – 30%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in power meters, monitoring solution, network architecture, and digital software solutions
- Strong technical application and commercial go to market knowledge of the Low and Medium Voltage Power Distribution Systems arena
- Experience in a wide variety of vertical markets including healthcare, data center, higher ed, government, etc

- The pay range for this position is $117,000 – $200,700 and the annual incentive target is 15%. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
