Role description:
In this position, you will have the opportunity to expand on your current skills and experience working in the Owner-side Post-Let Phase of Georgia DOT Alternative Delivery transportation projects. Our team is known for innovation and outstanding customer service and will continue to build on these values. This is a unique opportunity for leadership and growth within the Arcadis Mobility Business Line.
Role accountabilities:
- Oversee post-let project activities in our firm’s role as GEC technical advisor on behalf of GDOT within their Design Build program.
- Coordinate all post-let activities for your project(s) between the GEC, PMC, and GDOT’s Office of Alternative Delivery.
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget, including financial project management to track financial status and initiate new task orders, when needed.
- Ensure on-time submittal of quality post-let reviews and deliverables, including ensuring that they adhere to PMS’s Post Let Instructions.
- As needed, depending on the project, coordinate with our CEI Administrator to incorporate CEI services on projects where this is applicable.
- Assist with Programmatic Oversight and development of Standard Operating Procedures, including:
- Coordinate with team members at various levels of the organization to identify and prioritize processes that would benefit from Standard Operating Procedures
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures to address programmatic processes that enhance our existing systems
- Implement the roll out of Standard Operating Procedures, including team orientations and monitoring of initial deployment
- Oversee the continued operation of the Standard Operating Procedures and make adjustments to the procedures, as needed
- Coordinate with our Digital Engineering Group to oversee the development and implementation of custom-digital tools that facilitate the use of the Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of transportation design and management experience, including Georgia DOT experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience working in and leading large multi-disciplinary teams.

We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start, and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $82000 – $123000 / year.
