Overview
The Box Office Premium Ticket Representative will be responsible for assisting Premium guests entering through the garage entrances. This includes helping with digital tickets, transfers, scanning or any other issues related to getting the guest into the arena. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, patient, be able to work independently, and have excellent customer service experience with the capability to learn the ticketing system. In this role, the candidate will mainly be working events.
This is a part-time position that requires the availability to work events which occur evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $12.00.

Responsibilities
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Provide exceptional guest service at the Premium Entrance
• Provide accurate event and facility information
• Assist customers with digital ticketing issues.
• Able to problem solve ticketing issues using Ticketmaster software (TM1 and Archtics)
• Perform other duties as assigned by Box Office Manager or Assistant Box Office Manager
• Understand, retain, and provide event information to guests.
• Respond to guest complaints, concerns, and compliments.
Qualifications
• Availability to work flexible hours during weekdays, events, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Previous customer service and retail sales experience preferred
• Experience with events, guest relations, and/or box office is preferred
• Must be adaptable and patient with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Demonstrate ability in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
• The ability to work with the public and have interpersonal and communications skills is essential
