Job Overview:
Middleton Meyers is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join the team! The primary job responsibilities include performing hands-on maintenance including overall inspection, repair, and general maintenance of apartments and other interior/exterior areas in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal individual should ensure completion of assigned maintenance requests.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive the company vehicle to the job site
- Load and unload equipment from work vehicles
- Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces (e.g., fences, driveways, siding, window cleaning)
- Apply detergent safely as needed
- Check equipment for good working order and water supply
- Inspect surfaces for any missed spots after cleaning
- Review completed work with the customer
- Bring hoses and equipment back to the shop for proper storage
- Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and customer property
- Some work will require the usage of ladders
- Manage job details and follow up with customer
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of previous experience using pressure washing equipment
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and have reliable transportation to the warehouse
- Able to lift heavy equipment (50+ pounds) and complete standing work in all weather
- Quick learner with great attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Friendly, professional, and respectful to clients
- Can work independently and as part of a team environment
