JOB SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, generate and distribute the standard report suite to the customer and sales organizations, managing feedback at a global level. Review customer metrics and engagement, ensuring performance and engagement meet defined expectations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, develop, and maintain relationships with sales teams and customers.
- Develop basic reports and queries for sales representative. Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of distribution KPIs.
- Provide reports to sales and the customer identifying contract price changes and price miss-alignments.
- Provide information to the customer and the sales team identifying information to review in order to ensure inventory is aligned with customer utilization.
- Update Medline systems based on feedback from the customer and sales representatives.
- Provide issue resolution in the following areas (not limited to): inventory surplus, backorders, outstanding invoices. Initiate and partner with the internal teams. Communicate resolution in a timely manner.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma and at least 3 years of financial analysis and support.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
- Willingness to travel for business related needs (i.e. training, accounts meetings, development, etc).
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous analytics experience in the healthcare industry.
- Previous inventory or supply chain analytics experience.

- The anticipated salary range for this position is $43,160 – $71,240 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
