What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee administrative components of client account management.
- Manage data projects from start to finish, ensuring successful, on time completion of work.
- Run a small client or be the senior most data leader on a larger client.
- Work with colleagues on other teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations for future strategic plans and content development.
- Serve as a liaison on non technical teams at the firm to help them understand our services and how they can be applied to other projects.
- Delegates and manages work appropriately.
- Mentor and manage 1-2 associates and train junior staff members.
- Own the onboarding of new team members and be involved in interviewing for the team.
What We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in an in-house, government or consultancy environment.
- Ability to manage many different projects at once.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, energetic, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience managing and guiding junior talent.

The salary range for this role is $85,000-105,000.
Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 10 days a month.
