Position Summary
Construction Services Work Execution supports GC Gas Distribution South business operations throughout the service territory supporting gas work groups. The group manages Construction Services department metrics, owns, and updates business processes and documentation. Produces, analyzes, and communicates all reports according to governance, which may include CAP items. This job will also require creating presentations, graphs, and reporting for Gas Distribution South.
Instill Governance: regularly meet with Construction Services Leadership and supports Business Finance and Contract Administration for quarter and year-end reports. The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for current and future Construction Services processes. This position coordinates, organizes, and submits requests with appropriate business partners to meet business demands. Additionally, this position identifies and implements process and system improvements, manage communications, coordinate, and deliver trainings for essential business procedures/processes, and drive development of new resources and tools.
This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the me of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we es mate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
California Minimum: $ 123,000.00
California Maximum: $ 197,000.00

Job Responsibilities
• Broad expertise on department and/or line of business function management and applies advanced knowledge to wide-ranging issues.
• Develops innovative solutions to complex issues
• Reviews and provides feedback on project deliverables for team members serving as a point of quality control Works with and leverages relationships with Directors and Managers across functions to implement organization wide initiatives.
• May be responsible for managing budget expenditures
• Solves unique and complex problems for department and/or line of business that have company wide impact and risk, anticipating issues and developing innovative solutions
• Works with Senior Management on strategic planning and decision making for department and/or line of business Provides unique subject matter presentations on company initiatives to higher levels of management. Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Adaptable to changing environments and ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Organizational skills; ability to multitask
• Verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and MS Word
• Public speaking and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints

Qualifications
• Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience
• PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification Experience in the field of Industrial Engineering or Construction, or related
• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent
