Principal Communication Consultant – IT/Facilities Management

Job Description

This position is remote – hybrid role. We are seeking candidates that can meet in office in the Seattle/Renton/ Redmond area as needed several times a year as needed for in person meetings and events.

The Communications Manager support internal communications supporting the combined Information Services and Real Estate Strategy & Operations (IS & RESO) organization under the EVP/CIO.

This role will drive communications planning, calendaring and delivery of written newsletter and web content, design and produce SharePoint properties/web-based communication, and drive copy writing/copy editing and visual design support of print and e-newsletter communication, web copy, meetings, and occasional video or multimedia projects.

Role functions as a highly-matrixed, relationship-focused strategic business partner and communications and change management consultant within the IS & RESO division, working across executive and technical teams, while producing high-quality content. Will also function as a liaison with the enterprise’s organizational/caregiver-focused system communications functions, ensuring strong alignment of both message, priorities, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree In communication, public relations, marketing, business administration or related field.
  • 5 years Demonstrated management experience in broad-based and successful communication programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Communication experience in technology, business operations, or health care.

The salary range listed for this position MIN:$43.39 to MAX:$70.03 per hour is based upon the primary work location Renton, WA posted. This position is remote. Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary rage will vary from State and region. Salary max is limited to 85% range in order to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
