Duties: Work closely with management to execute analytical initiatives. Provide thought leadership and strategic thinking to solve business problems by leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics and machine learning. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to
company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analyst, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and 6 years of experience in Lead Data Science Analyst; Senior Data Science Analyst; Risk and Decision Analyst or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Analyst, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and 4 years of experience in Lead Data Science Analyst; Senior Data Science Analyst; Risk and Decision Analyst or related occupation.
Position required skills: Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or related occupation with a Bachelor’s degree OR four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Master’s degree: creating reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics and provide insights; preparing presentations for senior management; designing and implementing tests, including A/B testing, User Acceptance Testing, post User Acceptance Testing and performance testing to drive strategy enhancement and optimization; and utilizing technologies, including SAS, SQL, Excel, and VBA.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $123,500 to $173,100. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
