We’re looking for a Principal Designer who will embrace complicated problems and have curiosity for exploring new product interaction paradigms. In this role, you will design cohesive experiences, a sensible and thorough pursuit of user delight, and a track record for delivering thoughtful and impactful products.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design
    • OR Master’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design
    • OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for complex end-to-end journeys in technology, artificial intelligence, analytics, and/or data
  • Portfolio reflecting a history of designing beautiful and delightful SAAS B2B experiences
  • Experience managing and partnering with senior level stakeholders to develop design direction

Product Design IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 – $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 – $282,200 per year.
