Develops and analyzes executive compensation models. Ensures executive compensation models are commercially reasonable and consistent with fair market value, and meet Federal and State requirements. Develops tools and metrics to monitor the performance of physician compensation models; coordinates statistical reports.
Job Responsibility
- Contributes through a combination of key technical expertise and technical/process leadership that regularly provides enterprise level guidance to team members. Collaborates with executive management, medical staff, Finance and others to gather, organize and analyze information related to executive compensation.
- Develops and analyzes executive compensation models.
- Prepares fair market value profiles based on physician compensation arrangements.
- Analyzes executive compensation models to ensure commercially reasonable and consistent with fair market value, and meets Federal and State requirements.
- Assists with the review of business plans and requisitions of physician employment arrangements.
- Develops tools and metrics to track and monitor the performance of physician compensation models; coordinates statistical reports.
- Builds and maintains productive intra-departmental work relationships to optimize operations.
- Manages resources including operating budget, supplies, equipment, space, staff, and information.

Job Qualification
- Master’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 15+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of leadership / management experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $184,000-$322,000/year
