This position is remote and can sit on Oregon or California.
The Providence Health Plan IT Delivery team is seeking a Principal delivery manager. The person in this role will report to the VP Architecture & Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the organization’s IT transformation strategy that aligns with its overall business goals and objectives. This will include developing and implementing IT delivery practices that support the organization’s transformation goals. This position will be accountable for driving organizational change management initiatives that promote agility and collaboration, providing guidance and support for the development of our portfolio management process.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree In relevant field of study Or equivalent educ/experience
- 10 or more years Project management experience with at least 7 years in a senior project management or program management role.
- Experience, familiarity, and exposure to providing enterprise IT infrastructure to new construction and/or existing sites.
- Experience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and a blend of both methodologies.
- Adept at usage of various tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Experience with industry standard project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the health care or banking industry.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred, or other relevant certification/experience.
The salary range listed for this position MIN:$63.28 to MAX:$103.89 per hour is based upon the primary work location Beaverton, OR posted. This position is remote. Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary range will vary from State and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range in order to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
