As a Principal Partner Marketing Manager at AWS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and execution with our ISV partners. You will be responsible for fostering strong co-marketing relationships, creating innovative marketing strategies, and delivering measurable results. Key job responsibilities
1. ISV Partner Collaboration: Build and cultivate strategic relationships with AWS ISV partners, understanding their business goals and co-developing marketing strategies that align with mutual objectives.
2. Co-Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive co-marketing strategies that encompass joint campaigns, events, webinars, content creation, and other initiatives to promote AWS and our ISV partners.
3. Innovative Marketing: Stay at the forefront of market trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovative partner marketing approaches that set AWS apart in the industry.
4. Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of co-marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content, assets, and events that resonate with target audiences and drive lead generation.
5. Performance Measurement: Define clear KPIs and success metrics for partner marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and partner management, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
7. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and demonstrating a strong ROI for partner marketing efforts.
8. Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in partner marketing within the AWS ecosystem, contributing to industry discussions and driving awareness of AWS’s capabilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging
– Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market.
