Join the newly created Fan Data Services (“FDS”) team at Fanatics as we build first-class platform services to help power Fanatics identity, loyalty offers and audience engagement across our suite of properties. The Principal Product Manager, Loyalty and Offer Services will play a pivotal role in the FDSteam in developing and defining the vision, roadmap and execution for enterprise Loyalty and Offer products supporting multiple Fanatics businesses. Come help build new product offers that improve engagement, drive retention, and ultimately drive revenue while delivering on a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with business and product stakeholders acrossFanatics Holding, Fanatics Commerce, Collectibles, and Betting & Gaming to shape the product vision and extracting key insights even when they aren’t readily presented
    • Lead with tact and assertiveness, ensuring feature development aligns with the business goals and adheres to realistic timelines
    • Maintain open channels of communication, making certain internal stakeholders stay informed and aligned on product trajectories and milestones
    • Drive alignment between and amongst engineering counterparts on features, functionality, and timeline delivery
    • Balance the art of strategy facilitation, understanding that while core business teams lead strategic directives, our role is invaluable in its support and execution
    • Ability to adapt, offer solutions, and pivot direction based on previously unanticipated changes

General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • 5+ years of product management experience. A concentration in loyalty-based and/or subscription services, or platform product is preferred
    • Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, peers and managers.
    • Lead the product domain strategy and execution with a product-driven, customer-focused mindset
    • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, superior reasoning and ability to make data-driven decisions
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude; Must comfortable with ambiguity
    • Be a storyteller: Exceptional communication skills; strong ability to distill complexity into crisp, easily comprehensible and compelling messaging; capacity for providing narration among cross functional teams and unique businesses
    • Be a team player: Support Loyalty and Offer Services and the FDS mission across all Fanatics products and services. Have a “we” mentality, and look for opportunities to find solutions to problems.
    • Be a product manager: Maintain a backlog with epics, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Create and maintain documentation. Identify and remove team obstacles including clarifying ambiguous challenges

Education Requirements

    • A bachelors or masters’ degree in computer science or related discipline OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • MBA is a plus

$216,000 – $300,000 a year

The expected salary range for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for the Fanatics Commerce annual bonus program and an equity award. Salary range is listed in USD and will be determined in part by a successful candidate’s geographic location.
