Principal Product Manager, Seller Experience

Are you an experienced product leader who is looking for an opportunity to think big and innovate on behalf of your customers? In this role, you will have an opportunity to reinvent the selling on Amazon experience and enable the success of millions of small and medium businesses worldwide.

Key job responsibilities

As we strive to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, Amazon has reinvented how hundreds of millions of people shop online – providing customers with the opportunity to find and discover virtually anything they want to buy and providing millions of sellers with a platform for growing successful businesses. We are looking for an exceptional product leader to own our efforts to reinvent the end-to-end experience for sellers, with a goal of creating a multi-modal, globally aware toolkit that makes it simple for sellers with great products to reach Amazon’s millions of customers worldwide. The ideal leader should have proven experience in business strategy, product development, large-scale execution, and entrepreneurial innovation.

Sellers’ success is our top priority, and in this role you will be tasked with driving that success through the products and experiences you will own directly. Amazon rewards leaders who move fast, have an entrepreneurial spirit to create new solutions, have an unrelenting tenacity to get things done, and are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working through ambiguity, conceptualizing and leading complex initiatives from end to end, and has an entrepreneurial spirit. From Day 1, product leaders are given the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions; and the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Seattle, WA, USA
