Amazon Clinic seeks a dynamic and experienced Principal Product Manager – Tech to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will take ownership of developing new features that connect our third-party telehealth providers and end users. As a key leader, you will drive business growth by launching innovative features that expand the range of services offered by our third-party providers, empowering them to enhance their performance and achieve growth.

You will execute the overall provider strategy, tackle large initiatives, and make Amazon Clinic the go-to healthcare option for a wider customer base. This role combines B2B2C product management expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare business operations and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key job responsibilities
* Define new business opportunities and product strategies that enable the success of third-party telehealth partners.
* Lead large-scale product initiatives from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to drive projects to completion.
* Own partner engagement and manage major product issues.
* Design compelling value propositions tailored to diverse audiences, including tech, marketing, product, PR, and leadership teams.
* Understand the core technologies utilized in Clinic customer and partner services and effectively translate complex product problems into clear technical propositions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience technical product management
– Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
– Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– * Master of Business or Healthcare Administration
– * Experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, and information technology

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
