As the Principal Product Manager – Technical (PPMT) for Environmental, Health and Safety Tech in the Fulfillment Tech and Robotics (FTR) division, you will drive cross functional initiatives and product decisions for Amazon Universal Safety Trust and Insights for fulfillment Networks (AUSTIN) – an information management solution that identifies, tracks, and mitigates Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) concerns for business lines across Amazon. Key job responsibilities
• Setting a wholistic vision for a suite of products and technologies in developmentor haven’t been invented yet.
• Managing relationship and reporting with senior leadership across AFT and our customers / stakeholders
• Driving strategy and planning for expansion and year-over-year investments across initiatives.
• Developing strong internal relationships with key internal stakeholders and drive cross-team and cross-org alignment.
• Establishing priorities across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
• Finding creative ways to unblock challenges that arise and deciding when to escalate.
• Working closely with Product Managers, Software Development, Operations, Science, and EHS teams to ensure investments and develop deliver on strategic goals.
• Reporting (monthly and quarterly business reviews, yearly strategy documents).

AFT’s Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) owns an innovative, data-driven information management solution that identifies, tracks, and mitigates EHS concerns for business lines across Amazon.
This position is in Austin, TX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with end to end product delivery
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience technical product management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
– Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
